I started studying real estate investing after purchasing my residence in late 2005 and watching its value fall more than 50%. I started attending seminars and club meetings with the intent to get out of my job and become a real estate entrepreneur and investor. I got away from the real estate scene for a couple years to get married and have a son. Now I'm back and seriously looking to get in the game.
