My name is Nick. I am 100% made in China. I moved to US for my MBA at Duke University at 2009. When I graduated, I got a $150K student loan with my degree. I saved most of my money to invest in real estate. My strategy is to buy, remodel, and hold. I have been buying every year in Seattle area since 2009 and has not sold one property yet. I believe in maximizing appreciation with cross economy cycle holding. My investment area is Greater Seattle area. My investment focus in residential and small multifamily with potential to up build. Real estate investment helped me escape corporate life in Fortune 500 companies. When I left my job at Microsoft in 2016, my passive net rental income was more than my salary. My professional experience include: solution architect for SAP, consultant for McKinsey & Company, and most recently Planner and Lead Program Manager for Microsoft.
