My wife and I became real estate investors in 2020. We currently have a portfolio of 4 single family long-term rentals and an 8-unit apartment building in southwest Michigan. We started with all long-term rentals, but are now converting a number of our units to furnished midterm/corporate rentals. We started a real estate investing and acquisition company in 2020 as well as a property management company in 2021. I also have a W2 job as a pharmacist.
