I'm a real estate investor and operator based in the US, focused on two things: value-add multifamily and short-term rentals — and building the systems to run them well. I'm the President and Co-Founder of RealTreo, where I lead acquisitions and asset management across our portfolio. We've acquired $50M+ in real estate and built our own in-house operating platform to maximize returns. Current focus is on value-add multifamily in South Carolina and Nevada — active in Columbia, Sumter, Florence, Reno, and Las Vegas, with deals ranging from 10 to 64+ units. I also co-run DNDStays, a short-term rental co-hosting company managing properties across SC, NV, and CA. STRs are where I got my start, and I still love the space. Before real estate, I spent years in high-stakes sales — closing $60M+ working with the Las Vegas Raiders, San Francisco 49ers, and Miami Dolphins. It taught me how to move fast, build trust, and get deals done.
