Hi there! My name's Nicole and I was born and raised in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado. While in Denver, I worked in the Leasing Department at a Property Management company for 3 years. My husband and I have since moved to Washington, where I worked at a Title & Escrow company for 3 years. We started our investing journey at the beginning of 2020, successfully completing our first out-of-state fix and flip. Our goal is build long-term wealth and gain financial freedom through real estate. The next step for us is to start building our portfolio with cash-flowing rental properties. We have one duplex that we've renovated and rented out, and we are now searching for our next rental. We're excited to see where our real estate investing journey takes us!
