My husband and I have been interested in RE for the last couple years, just haven't been sure how to break in to the business. We have an IRA LLC established in a checkbook IRA already. I have taken some REI classes and I'm anxious to get started in recouping some of the educational costs incurred. In addition, I want our brand and reputation out there for the industry to know and recognize. We both work full-time for the man right now, but we're very ready to close that chapter.
