I work - a lot!! I've been a professional musician for over 18 years, certified personal trainer for over 14 years, and real estate agent and investor for 2+ years. I am currently the Center Director for a private nonprofit community center for adults 55+ in Baltimore, MD. I purchased my first investment property in 2017 - a duplex in the Hamilton neighborhood of Baltimore, which I'm house-hacking. I plan to continue purchasing SF and duplex rental properties for the next 15 years and hope to purchase one property every 2 years.
