I currently have a full time job (working for a contractor) and am a part time real estate agent and investor in Philadelphia. I am a hustler. I love to work and learn and live and breathe real estate. I am very passionate about what I do. I started off with a quadplex with a partner that I have since been bought out by my partner. I currently have 5 single family rentals one of which was my primary residence that I converted into a rental. I've done four flips and one lease option.
