New to real estate. Have a single family home and a duplex currently. Bought a home at a tax auction with plans to flip, sold it for double the amount after renting it out for a year. Hoping to get to 15 units in the next 2 years. This would allow me to "retire" from my job as a registered nurse. Experience: One deal done and currently rented however selling for lower than I had hoped. Next move will be a househack. Real Estate Goals: Househacking next year in a different state-we are moving-and start buy and hold investing until we have enough to fund our first flip. primarily flipping but having some buy and holds for longer term gains and monthly cash flow. Currently Seeking: Nothing. Waiting on househacking when we move next year.
