Owner of 2 duplexes. Half of my 4 units are currently Short Term Rentals with Airbnb being my primary platform. Soon I will be adding a 3rd unit. Being an Airbnb Host has allowed to me to temporarily quit my job as a Marriage and Family Therapist so I can stay home with my daughter. I'm always particularly interested in finding creative ways of leasing your property (Short-Term, Vacation Rentals, College Student Rentals) which will bring you the most bang for your buck. Overall, my goal is finding the upmost efficiency in renting out properties. I value quality of return over quantity.
