Hello! Myself (Nicole) and my husband (Cameron) are real estate investors and realtor in the greater Sacramento area. We are currently househacking a 3,000 sq ft house and have 6 tenants/roommates. We have a STR in Yucca Valley we purchased in September 2021 and another STR near Yosemite we purchased in December 2022. We have two dogs we love dearly, a beagle named Cooper and a frenchie named Charlie. We love hiking, games, sports, and making new friends!
