Hello! My name is Nicole. I’m 31 and just moved to Sarasota, FL from Michigan in May of 2017. I am brand new to the world of real estate investment. I have always had an interest in real estate as I was introduced to the business at a fairly young age when my father and his wife opened their own real estate office. I recently became turned on to the idea of investing when I rented my place downtown Sarasota and fell in love with the area. My neighborhood is an up and coming area right downtown, that has many opportunities for investment! This is prime real estate, and home values are continuing to rise. I see an opportunity to invest while prices are still relatively reasonable in this prime area right downtown. My goal is to purchase an income property that also doubles as my main residence, as I am also a first time home buyer. I am looking at options for financing that will allow me to pay off a loan quickly so that I can purchase another property fairly soon after. I’m all ears for suggestions and advice!
