I love learning new things and long ago read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Cashflow Quadrant. I've owned and operated small business and now would like to move toward buy and hold rental properties. I do work full time as a consultant and have really enjoyed listening to the BP podcast learning that it is possible to house hack and so many other success stories. Because this process is new analysis paralysis can be a hinderance as one can imagine.
