I have been immersed in the Northern Indiana Real Estate market for 7 years. I began as a Real Estate agent in 2005 to develop market knowledge specializing in the distressed/foreclosure market. In 2009 I began purchasing properties with an equity partner. My duties included everything from conception to completion. I have demonstrated the ability to acquire, develop, and sell properties for profit. During this time I have developed a systemized approach to acquiring real estate.
