I am an investor in Denmark (yes the country in Scandinavia). At present I am raising capital for my first deal and building the business systems for my company ie. templates, policies etc.. Denmark is different and simuler to the US housing market. Interests are really cheap (2% for 30 year mortgage) - might sound great but it pushes the prices up.
