I am the managing member of Machauer Investment Properties as well as WVA Properties. I focus on cash flowing value add purchases. I invest in Oregon, Missouri and Tennessee. Currently hold a portfolio of around 160 doors as well as around 20,000 sq ft of commercial/industrial property. I prefer residential property however I’ve also bought businesses that have land and buildings to increase my holdings. I have experience in reverse 1031 exchanges, bank purchases, land sales contracts, business purchase as a means to get real estate, new apartment construction and new home construction. The long term strategy is to buy, improve and hold. My long term goal is to is to own 1,000 units and 100,000 sq ft of concrete tilt warehouse
