Nikita Herrod

Hello! I'm Nikita and it's been a dream of mine to buy into real estate. Fortunately for me, I was blessed to relocate for work which enabled me to rent out my single family home. Now I'm relocating again and I purchased a 3 unit home in which to live. So I've started on my rental investment journey. It's been almost a year. I just made an offer on a new property, a 3 story single family Row house with an in-law apartment. I closed on 12/28/21. So now I have 3 properties and 6 units. I'm excited about the many blessings God has provided to me. I'm am trying to learn all that I can now with 5 doors (house hacking the 6th), so I can be successful and buy another property in 2022. I look forward to learning with all of you!
