My husband and I are semi-Retired millennials who believe in multiple streams of income. We started Real Estate Investing in 2016, investing in buy and hold properties. Our target market is cheap properties $100k and under. Our focus is on the income and not appreciation. In just a few years I've dabbled in several types of residential and commercial investments. I started another real estate venture with one of my business partners. We own and co-own over 100 units across the US and expanding internationally. We offer 1) Short and long term corporate housing apartments and homes 2) Luxury estates for photoshoots/events (pay per hour/day) 3) Private and secure locations for clients to host meetings and events My goals: 1) To rehab a home with my own two hands and hope it doesn't fall apart. 2) To build small communities with a focus on permaculture around the country.
