My name is Nicky, I'm from Serbia, Europe, and I am a teacher, currently working in Beijing. Besides teaching I developed another business in China and that is bringing more teachers from all around the world to cities around China, and that business is becoming huge. So I want to invest the saving that I am making every month in Beijing into the real estate. My brother is IT developer in Google, San Francisco Bay area, and we want to invest together. Experience: I don't have a lot of Real estate experience, but we have our first duplex in Indy and are on the way to get a second one. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to reach 5000 dollars passive income after paid all the taxes and left aside all the money for the future recovery costs.
