I have a different perspective when it comes to most people interested in real estate investing because I come from the architecture profession. I've always had a passion for buildings and architecture and with my father being a contract & real estate lawyer I've been around this most my life. I'm working full time in an architecture firm along side my wife, who is in the same profession. I do want to stay a full time architect as I love my work but I would love to use my professional skills to improve (start) my real estate portfolio. My long term goal would be to become an architectural developer and to design and build large developments, both residential and/or commercial.
