Niko Ivancovich

I’m a passionate, persistent, and curious construction professional who strives to be a positive influence in my work, personal relationships, and the communities I’m part of. My long standing interests in real estate and construction led me into project engineering, where I’ve developed a strong foundation in project execution, coordination, and problem solving. I enjoy working on complex projects that require clear communication, accountability, and collaboration across diverse teams. I’m known for being proactive, optimistic, and driven, someone who takes ownership, follows through, and continuously looks for better ways to deliver results. While my background includes infrastructure focused work, my long term goal is to transition into large scale multifamily and commercial development, where I can contribute to projects that shape how people live, work, and interact with their environments. I’m particularly interested in roles that blend construction execution with development, planning, and long term asset value.
