Hi BP Community! Thank you for visiting my profile. Just a few short months ago, I had only wished that I was an investor. However, working remotely due to covid 19 gave me the opportunity to dive into my REI journey and the momentum has been consistent. Here are a few of my achievements in 2020: + I took a master class on virtual wholesaling the beginning of July and by Sept 22nd, I have closed 11 deals with my team! One of my 90-day goals was to wholesale 10 deals by Sept 30th...I reached that goal with time to spare. + Closed on my first buy and hold rental property on 6/17/20 (a duplex in Belton, MO) + As a brand new wholesaler I have successfully executed 2 deals in 2 weeks + Earned and maintained AirBnb SuperHost status since Jan 2019 Goals + To build a rental portfolio in Philadelphia. I have already taken many steps to making this a reality. I want to invest in communities that people are afraid of, add beauty to them and give families a nice place to live. + Purchase a fourplex property using an FHA 203k loan in 2021 I am looking to connect with fellow investors to learn, to partner, and expand my network. I love real estate, I love learning, I LOVE TAKING ACTION.
