About myself
I got into real estate investing in 2009 and was a member of South Jersey REIA. Practically everything I know about real estate I learned from them. I have wholesaled, I have built new construction in Philly, I have four rentals, and have done over a dozen flips. Now that I have moved to Lynchburg Virginia I am looking for a group of investors I can meet with for sharing information similar to what I had in South Jersey. It's so important To have people to talk to regularly who are in the business. I'm also in the process of getting my real estate license here.
