I listened to bigger pockets non-stop for two years prior to jumping in myself in December of 2016. I started off with a 3 unit househack in louisville, Ky, purchased a 12 unit portfolio of small multi-families as my second deal and built the unit count up to 30 small multifamily units in Louisville, Ky. In 2021, I obtained my realtor license in Georgia and started buying Short Term Rentals in the Metro-Atlanta area. I now own 8 single family homes that are short term rentals/Mid Term Rentals, a 4-plex in GA, Built Self Storage from ground up in the Louisville metro, and manage an additional 25 STR/MTR units for other investors. My goal as a realtor is to help individuals attain financial freedom through buying and selling real estate. In 2022, i started building out the Ekabo Home Realty Team to service more investors throughout Georgia and as of 3.25.26 we now have 10 investor friendly agents servicing clients. In 2024 we expanded to Florida and in 2026 to Texas. We now service all of Georgia, Florida, and Texas.
