My family has been in Baton Rouge since 2013. We really like living here, and we would like to stay here permanently. We are also excited to see all of the growth and activity going on in town. Experience: I currently own several units in Baton Rouge with my business partner, and we are looking to continue purchasing more properties. I also own a property management company that I am working to grow. Real Estate Goals: For now, real estate is a side business of mine that I would like to grow. Ultimately my goal would be to rehab and manage a historic piece of commercial property or two in a downtown area. Currently Seeking: I am looking for rental properties (especially multi-family) and distressed properties in the Garden District, Southdowns, Capital Heights and LSU areas. I am also interested in creative means of financing that would allow me to acquire properties at a faster rate, without requiring significant cash upfront.
