I started my real estate investing journey in May 2021 purchasing a SFH with the intention to house hack. I was able to cover my mortgage payment, cash flow a few extra dollars, and save on a strict budget for one year. In June 2022, I purchased my second SFH with the same intention to house hack, but this time using the BRRRR method. Recently, I have moved out of CO, and turned both properties into traditional long term rentals. When I'm not working or talking about real estate, you can find me playing volleyball, hiking with my husky Nicki, or cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles!
