BS”D Flipping properties is a pain. Well at least the construction was for me. It was also the construction that held me back from doing more than one flip at a time. So I decided that I would figure it out.That was the birth of Ocean Avenue. A construction company that specializes in taking investors from 1 house every three months, to 5 every three months. One client just did 8 flips in the past four months. The great news is that they never saw the house before the rehab or after it.
