Experience: Have been in the business of Wholesale Real Estate for almost 30 years. I started out in the 80's buying pre-foreclosures. Those were the days when homeowners had equity, there were NO nifty computer programs to find them, and door knocking was the best way to make contact. I have spent decades in the Mortgage Industry doing financing for other Investors, specializing in hard money/rehab deals. After the meltdown I rode the REO wave with some of the top National Corporate resellers doing everything from acquisitions, sales and financing, to organizing field services. I have acted as Brokers Assistant and Office Manager for 2 Real Estate Firms. Also worked with a National Appraisal Company photographing "every house on every street," covering territories from Texas to Florida. I have participated in bulk deals, note deals, tax sales and owner financing/land contracts. In between all I have personally rehabbed properties in several states.
