I'm a busy husband and father of 5 awesome kids! I'm interested in building a rental portfolio of 30-40 units so I can retire from my city job in 8 years and be done with the rat race! Experience: I own one SFR rental and a triplex. I've been house hacking for the last two years, started before I had ever heard the term. We bought a large house and I turned the basement into a separate living area. My brother and his family live there and pay a nice chunk of my mortgage. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to net 60k/year in rental income within the next 8 years. I will use small multi family units to achieve my goal. Currently Seeking: Seeking fix and flips to acquire capital to buy more rentals!
