I am a recent college graduate in computer science. I have been currently working as a software engineer/software intern for M&T Bank for a year and 6 months. One year of that time was spent as a intern while i was a part time student. I have no real estate experience. I am currently in the process of buying my first house (to live in). After that purchase, I am preparing to buying a cheap rental property to get me started.
