Wanting to break out of my job and into real estate investing and house flipping, note sales, wholesaling.... I work a minimum of 60hr weeks, out of town away from my children...going on 3 months without seeing them... its sad... want to do this to be able to stay home with them and continue and improve our lifestyle...
