I'm new to living in Fallon. My uncle owns properties around Churchill County and in a couple other states. My plan to do a live-in fix and flip. Or maybe rent it when I'm done. I was working as a Carpenter for a GC of a top rated outfit in Sullivan county, NY. I rehabbed a summer cabin that a family member bought. I made it into a year-round home. I was either swinging the hammer or overseeing the subs. I also graduated from a basic construction course at BOCES, NY. For over 3 years I've been knee deep in the trades.
