In todays world were people wait for the solution in the up and coming election and the Fed prints away like no tomorrow, I believe that tangible assets makes most sense when it comes to investing. It not only gives you control of your asset but it can also help families have affordable homes in such a saturated market. I see the financial benefit of real estate investment but what entices me most is the ability to help the tenants find homes for their families to call there own or to get them out of the trp the banks placed them in back in the 2008 crash.
