My focus and goals are to partner with other investors for Tax Liens/Deeds investing and Multi-Family investing. I buy the tax liens or deeds to wholesale to investors. Partner with investors that would like to just get a passive income. I also am looking to partner with investors for Multi-Family properties. Both tax liens/Deeds and Multi-Family investing term would be 1-3 year. I also provide Legal service plans for families, individuals and small businesses for a small monthly fee.
