I am a licensed manufactured home broker in Michigan. My company buys manufactured homes and mobile homes in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin. We work extensively with and provide free training for Bird Dogs / MH Finders to find units in our markets. I enjoy learning about real estate investing and sharing my experiences with others. When not working I enjoy spending time with my family as well as boating, fishing and the beach lifestyle. Experience: I have owned Creative Funding Service, Inc / Sellmobilehome.Net since 1999. In that time we have bought and sold 100's of mobile homes and manufactured homes. We have also bought and worked with millions of dollars worth of notes secured by manufactured homes, manufactured home communities and other commercial properties nationally. Our relationships will add value to any transaction. We work with a network of Bird Dogs/MH Finders and provide free training on our website. Real Estate Goals: To increase my network of creative investors, my deal flow and capabilities. I am specifically looking to average 15 mobile home/manufactured home deals, per month, in 2018 I believe we can do this by increasing our network of bird dogs / mh finders and providing them with the proper training needed to succeed.
