About myself
I'm retired after 38 years of being an electrical engineer. I have no experience in real estate investing other than the home we have lived in for 30 years. Also have a lake place with a smaller home/cabin. No mortgages for many years. I am looking for alternative investments (to mutual funds and stocks) for generating an income stream to supplement social security and lower withdrawals from my IRA.
