Quincy Adams

I jumped in the game (after 6 years of analysis paralysis) in April of 2021 when I bought 4 SFR. In January of 2022 I purchased a quad, and a duplex with one unit that needed a full rehab, for a total of 10 doors. I do long distant investing, and have served as the guinea pig for all my friends and family who are suddenly eager to get in the game after my success. I work for a developer/Property Management company, and over see the operations of 10 properties, in 2 states, and 1088 units under management.
