William Nelson

Hello! My name is Will and I am an active real estate investor in the Columbus, Indiana area. My days are spent working at Cummins Inc. as an engineer and my nights are spent investing in real estate and running my local small businesses (Tipton Lakes Athletic Club and Hit Factory). I have been actively involved in real estate since I was 22 and I love it. I own and actively manage 50+ residential/commercial units all within the city limits of Columbus, Indiana.
