Real estate has always been a part of the my life, growing up along side a father who invests. I remember sitting with him and his friends when i was younger where they would talk about strategies and how to add value to a property. Specifically a time where he told his friend to convert the dining room to a dining room. The seed and the passion was always there but never knew until recently.
