Currently investing in SFR flips, Multi-Family flips, vacant land development as well as Tax Sale Lien Investing in and around Evansville, Indiana. I am looking to solve problems for banks with foreclosure properties on their portfolios as well as help individual homeowners with ownership issues. Furthermore, I look to build lasting, profitable relationships with Investors in my area to leverage our respective positions in order to do deals that profit all parties respectively; and lucratively.
