I am a Real Estate professional dedicated to my family, friends and community. I believe when you put people first, the money will follow... After high school I knew I did not want to go to college and I knew there had to be a smarter way to make money other than spending a bunch of it on schooling just to owe...money...with the possibly earn a decent living. Growing up in a single parent family, I knew what I did not want for my children...I did not want to be living paycheck to paycheck. When I became a mom at 19, I started venturing into accounting. I shortly after realized that my clients were making WAY more a year than I was. I asked them exactly what it was they were doing and they explained the concept of investing in real estate...so then I knew that was what I needed to do. So I went out and did it... I have joined other clubs before I found New Wealth, where I paid a decent amount of money and all I got was an 1800number or a business email to someone 2000 miles away. I never had anyone physically I could talk too, grow a relationship with or a place to meet with them. That is not the case with my current club. They taught me the ins and outs of any profitable area in real estate. When you are a member of the club you have access to mentors that even to this day I still utilize, we have an actual office in Southern California where we meet monthly to go over different topics, training in real estate/self-development, and go over deals. We also meet throughout all of southern california for those students further away from the club. We also help fundraise and volunteer with local charities and have an annual family get together!
