Born and raised in the wonderful state of California. I have lived in N. California for certain amount of years, but majority of my stay has been in Southern California more than all of my fingers and toes combined together. I've been in the real estate game for about more than five years now. Majority all of my deals have been wholesaling to house flippers and buy and hold investors. I received all my leads and deals from bandit signs, online marketing, yellow letters and referrals. The crazy thing is that these different type of marketing approach I've used all work. The sad part is that I can not really quantify which type of marketing works best for me in order to make it blow up. My true goal is to really get into the cash flow game. It is fine and great making money wholesaling, however I need to really work on my future and create some positive passive income. Also, I am a major fan and believer in Creative Financing and Options.
