I am 48 yrs. old, married, 3 kids. I own my own home, but no other properties. I have a good job and good credit. I am motivated but have been fearful to jump in (analysis paralysis) so far. I consider myself a positive person. I am looking to buy a 4-plex in Hammond or East Chicago, In. I am also open to doing a fix and flip in the right area. I would love to hook up with other RE professionals and learn more.
