Nyeem Johnson

I’m an Alaska-based real estate professional and tax preparer focused on helping investors, business owners, and self-employed professionals make smarter decisions around both real estate and taxes. I work in residential and investment real estate throughout Anchorage, Eagle River, and the Mat-Su Valley, with a particular interest in rental properties, multifamily, creative deal structures, and building long-term wealth through real estate. I’m also the founder of Finance With Nyeem, where I help clients with tax preparation, business taxes, bookkeeping, rental property taxation, depreciation planning, cost segregation coordination, and proactive tax strategy. I enjoy the part of the process that happens before the transaction or tax return — looking at the numbers, understanding the structure, identifying opportunities, and helping people understand how one decision affects the bigger picture. I’ve lived in Alaska my entire life and enjoy connecting with investors, lenders, property managers, contractors, bookkeepers, tax professionals, and other people building businesses and real estate portfolios.
