I have been interested in REI ever since I was in my 20s. I started off wholesaling properties and have done well, but because of some family medical issues I was not able to pursue that full time. I previously started a home improvement business (4Cs Properties) and have been working closely with other investors fixing their rehabs and/or rentals. Now that I have been able to acquire numerous contacts and have been able to get rough figures on the rehabs, its now time for me to start buying for myself to flip or hold.
