I'm new to real estate investment and in the education phase of my journey. My initial goal is to find a sweet deal for a buy and hold small multifamily home my wife, daughter and I can also use as a primary residence. I'm originally from Philadelphia, moved to San Diego 13 years ago and now I'm back due to a serious medical condition that requires us to remain close to Children's Hospital for the next couple of years. As a result of the relocation I resigned from a fulltime job with youth I loved, and closed my basketball training business. I'm taking this unfortunate time as my opportunity to build a life for my family that allows me to own my time and enjoy what matters most, family.
