I'm a professional computer programmer and former business owner who also knows a fair bit about construction & remodeling. I used to live in a 120-year-old house, so I'm all too familiar with old house rehab. Experience: My father & grandfather were landlords, so I grew up around rentals. I'd like to invest in real estate in a more hands-off manner. Real Estate Goals: I'm hoping to build a mostly-passive income stream that will eventually allow me to reduce or eliminate my 9-5 job, replacing it with something more flexible. I'm currently seeking small, multi-family rentals in the Lincoln, Nebraska, area, but am willing to branch out geographically once I get my feet wet.
