I am a full time real estate professional specializing in fix and flips, wholesaling as well as sales and marketing of luxury properties for clients through my brokerage Compass. Experience: I am a licensed real estate broker and completed my first flip in 2005. I enjoy rehabbing properties and I have purchased Trustee Sales, REOs, short sales and other distressed properties. More recently I have been doing higher end rehab projects in Newport Beach including full remodels as well as adding square footage. Real Estate Goals: Looking to network with other like minded investors and private lenders and have a goal to complete 36 flips a year. Currently Seeking: Funding partners that are interested in investing with us as well as networking with other investors.
