I'm an investor in the AK. I've always wanted to get into real estate, and after flipping raw land, taking part in several spec builds I got the real estate investor bug. I’m currently involved in holding a few notes, long term rentals and VRBO. I’m looking to grow my portfolio as much as a can and even grow into the multi-family sector as well as RV/Mobile home parks.
