Hi, My name is Eli K. and I am a CPA. I graduated from Baruch College, CUNY with a BA in accounting in 2007. Around that time I also started investing in real estate. I partnered with someone and we did a couple of flips in New York City following the 2007 real estate market crash. Around 2010 we discovered the real estate market of Philadelphia, PA. In the beginning, we were concentrating on flips, however, later on, we switched to buy and hold model, around that time I decided to go on my own. In 2017 I started building up my own long-term rental portfolio. I buy distressed properties, renovate, rent them out, and refinance. I have a trustworthy management company in Philadelphia which I've been using for over three years now. I developed a good relationship with a local Philly contract whom I also been using for over three years now and who worked on all of my projects. Currently, I possess seven properties in Philadelphia and I am scheduled to close on my eighth one.
